Workshop Stove: Boards on the Wall and Beneath the Ceiling

Vitcas CS Fireplace Construction Board for compatible indoor enclosures

The panel above the workshop stove and the sheet by the wall do not automatically have the same installation conditions. They differ in position, weight, and surroundings. Before selecting the material, assess the permissible location of the device and the entire cross-section of the garage or workspace.

Check the device and hidden layers

Save the stove instructions regarding space, flue, and air supply. Show on the drawing wood, installations, and materials beneath the ceiling surface. The shield does not remove their requirements merely by the presence of a resistant layer.

Add fixed equipment and service path. Mark the areas that must remain accessible after installation. In the workroom, new shelves or stored materials can change environmental conditions even without moving the device.

Select the role and mounting of the board

Fireplace Construction Board CS is described for specific indoor fireplace constructions. HT Fireboard has different protective and finishing tasks. Selection for the ceiling should result from the confirmed solution in this orientation, not a similar sheet mounted elsewhere.

HB60 has its own range of compatible connections. Glue does not confirm any mounting of weight above the user. Check the substrate, the way of support, and the requirements of the entire system before preparing the next batch of material.

Maintain access also after decoration

Check the edges, holes, and the path for removing parts when cold. The finishing should not accidentally cover required clearances or connections. Consider moisture and the intended cleaning method if the surface is to remain visible.

Keep drawings, proflue data, and mounting photos before covering. When changing the stove, ceiling, or equipment, return to evaluating the solution. The sheet's resistance to temperature alone does not determine the parameters of any cover in a heated garage.
